Alexander O. Rotov is the Chairman of GERZ HOLDING, a privately held Group of Companies.   The company focus is construction and development within Eastern and Western Europe and specializes in energy-saving management, and alternative investments across Ukraine. In addition, Alexander was a member of European Economic Senate (EES), the Senator of EES from Ukraine from 2015 to 2020.
Alexander’s management experience totals almost 30 years across different industries, including coal mining, heavy industry, construction, and development. Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA), Tamara Gallo-Olexy is the President Emeritus of the UCCA, the largest umbrella organization in the United States, representing nearly 2 million Americans of Ukrainian descent. Tamara has the distinction of being the first woman elected as President of UCCA. Prior to her two terms as President (2008-2016), she served as the Director of the Ukrainian National Information Service (1990-1995); was an American Advisor for Burson-Marsteller’s National Market Reform Educational Project in Lviv (1995-1996); and worked as a consultant specializing in project development of health programs, cultural exchanges and humanitarian assistance for such clients as New York Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Albert Schweitzer Institute for Humanities. She also conducted intercultural training programs for relocating employees for such companies as Prudential and CARUS (1996-1998). Ms. Gallo-Olexy has served as the Executive Director of UCCA’s National Office since 1998, where she spearheaded and managed civic education projects in post-independence Ukraine, including overseeing UCCA’s Election Observation Missions since the mid-1990s. In 2016, Tamara was awarded the Order of Princess Olga, III Class, by President Poroshenko of Ukraine. Tamara holds a Master’s degree in Political Science from The George Washington University; and a double major in history and political science from Marymount College in Tarrytown, NY. Tamara is married and is raising their three children with her husband, Mark.

Sergiy I. Borysov, Ph.D. – has a broad scope of professional experiences: he is an educator, a researcher, and an entrepreneur. Sergiy was born and raised in Ukraine, where he attained his first doctoral degree from the National University of Kyiv, 2000. In 2006 he was awarded his second doctoral degree from the University of South Florida. Currently he is an Associate Professor at Saint Leo University in Florida. Aside from his academic duties, Sergiy functioned as a CEO of LeoTeq LLC and as a Chief Scientific Officer of Seventis Pharmaceuticals Inc., both small start-up biotech companies.

Development of academic and cultural ties between the USA and Ukraine is a passion and a focal point of Sergiy’s professional activities. The University of Florida, M.E. Kharkiv National Automobile and Highway University Anton is Vice-dean of Internationl students faculty, KhNADU, Ph.D., Associate Professor
Associate Professor of the Department of “Construction and Road Machines” of the Kharkіv National Automobile and Highway University. The field of scientific activity is the creation of energy-efficient road construction machinery, both in the design of new machines and in the modernization of existing ones, the development of hydro-accumulating systems, the improvement of fuel efficiency and environmental friendliness of machines, and the development of hybrid drives for machines. The research results are presented in more than 100 publications, including 47 articles in scientific specialized publications in Ukraine, 7 articles in periodicals included in the Scopus and Web of Science scientific databases, 17 articles in other scientific publications, and 11 author’s certificates. Warsaw University of Technology – Łukasz Piątek is an architect, marine designer, researcher and educator working in the field of civil and naval architecture with special regard to floating buildings and cities. He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Architecture, Warsaw University of Technology, and a founder of water-oriented design practice Kilson Design. Łukasz is a member of the Society of Floating Solutions (Singapore) and the Technical Board of the Polish Register of Shipping (section: Offshore and Floating Structures). He was involved in many interdisciplinary projects including elaborating the building code for floating buildings as an external reviewer in Polski Rejestr Statków S.A., a consultancy for the City of Warsaw on the implementation floating swimming pools and co-designing the restoration of the oldest Polish tall ship ‘Generał Zaruski’. He was the co-chair of the 2nd World Conference on Floating Solutions 2020 and the 3rd International Conference on Amphibious Architecture, Design and Engineering ICAADE 2019. His Ph.D. thesis about contemporary floating architecture in Poland defended cum laude has won the award of the Polish Minister of Economic Development.
